You should get your dr to refer to pregnancy physiotherapist. There is so much they can do, exercises, belly brace, pregnancy shorts, teach you ways to lie down and stand up without pain. Sorted out my pain in a week. Good luck and try to enjoy the last 5-7wks!

I'm already feeling the same pain, and I'll be 28 weeks at midnight.. I'm ALL baby & belly.. literally!!! I'm so tiny, I just don't see him staying in there for 40 whole weeks.. even my OB doubts it.

my ribs & back feel UNREAL.. getting down on all 4's, arching my back up & down a few times usually gets him out of my ribs.. for a little while, then he's right back at it. he's already upside down.. head on my bladder, feet in my ribs, just like you.. playing them like a piano. I'm PRAYING he's still in that position at 37 weeks.. my OB said that's considered full term, and he just may be early.. my belly is measuring "big" as they say.

I'm like DUH!!! I'm barely over 5 feet tall, I was 123 lbs pre-pregnancy, and I've only been able to gain 9 lbs, so YEAH.. he doesn't have much space lol praying for the both of us!!!! ❤

Same here :-) I was feeling that way but since I got to week 36 I feel a little calmer I think in that moment of week 34-35 thats when its bad. It will get better by week 36

me it eases the pain in the ribs but hurts the hips. have you got much water or are you mainly baby. im mainly baby and I think that might be why as she is playing the piano with my ribs I swear they might break. I was the same at 30 weeks but could cope with it now its just taking the **** as she getting bigger and fast :/ xx

I have been getting that too and I am only 30 weeks. I always lay back and stretch my back backwards and try to push him down a little bit... it's the only thing that helps me :(
