freaking out

I'm 29 almost 30 weeks pregnant and I've had a very normal pregnancy an already have a 5 year old which was also a very normal pregnancy an delivery I have absolutely no reason to be so scared but I keep hearing about women delivering still borns an its freaking me out so much! Its my biggest fear right now an I have no idea why :( anyone else have this fear?

I've had it constantly, but im a ftm and I think thats par for the course for us! Worrying about everything. Trying to take it easy and not panic about every little thing, high blood pressure not good for the baby! Easier said than done however hah.

I have the same that n it runs in my family its normal horrible I know I even have dreams about stillborns its horrible but all you can do it talk to family n friends n try keeping busy to take your mind off it but honestly hun you will be fine xx
