I take Zantac twice a day, also I eat small and simple things ie the half size cans of Spaghettios, shell noodles with cheese, the Lunchables that don't have a drink, etc.
For me personally, simpler is better, the fewer ingredients and smaller portions the more likely I can eat without trouble.
I had to stay away from fast food for a while because it transformed into a digestive nightmare in my first trimester. If things get really rough, I go for either mashed potatoes with a bit of turkey gravy or chocolate chip ice cream.
Luckily it passed for you @Tweetie84, :)
I haven't told my doctor about it- I didn't even know there was nausea pills. :/
Oh that's a good one I had not considered. I assure you I will most definitely look into it, I'll need to learn how to use it. Thanks, this gives me a bit of hope now. :')
I am 23 weeks and it hasn't passed and doctor said most likely it wont pass. I take nausea pills but doesn't help me but it might help you.
I know how u feel I was like that my first trimester and the beginning of my second I didn't cook for 3 or 4 months my bf was mad lol and I always ate out or got my mom to cook for me at her house anyway lol now I'm always cooking. It'll pass.
I dont get a good meal but munch on veggies and eat fruit. I eat a lot of healthy cereal. I can stomach a pb&j once in awhile. Try different foods and see what works best for you. I also use my crock pot for my family but plug it in, in the garage so the smell doesn't bug me.
I love fruit and yogurts but I really need a good full meal at least once a day- I don't eat too much. Milk gives me heartburn- but I'm good with it too.
I have the same problem so i eat cereal, fruit and cottage cheese with fruit.
