hands swelling.

Okay so I am aware during pregnancy that you swell. I'm 39 weeks and my feet swell but my hands feel more uncomfortable. My doctor is aware that both swell and I also said they fall also sleep and tingle at times too.
So he has me laying down on my left side up to 3 hrs during the day and about 10 hrs at night.

My question is Has anyone felt like their hands swell more when laying down? It could probably maybe falling asleep on my hands or in a weird position or maybe just lack of movement so when I wake up to use the restroom they seem more tight.

You should try a chiropractor while pregnancy! Pregnancy affects your structural system and they can do wonders to alleviate your symptoms.  They've always worked great for me and everyone I know!

Look up carple tunnel syndrome while pregnant. I am suffering horribly from this I am 32 weeks & my hands are numb & tingly almost all the time. Eapically while I sleep. My midwife suggested getting the wrist braces to stabalize and straighten the carple tunnel while I sleep.
