Ouch! painful movement

I am 32,2 and every time this baby moves it hurts. Even a simple roll is painful . No matter if I'm sitting or standing. She is my third so the normal hard kick isn't alarming but this time around it is constant pain with her movement.  
Have any of you mommies experienced this?
What were your results?  Or did your doc give you any advice? ?

I feel the same way... I see my Dr in a few days. I am only 27 weeks but I have a small body. To me it feels like pinching in the inside and when she stretches or wiggles around I feel like my tummy is going to explode. It's not pleasant.

The movement itself hurts if that makes sense.  Feels like she is ripping skin every time she shifts.
