Im a first time Mother ..

Im 34 weeks n 4 days, tonight i took a warm bath for about 10mins...start feeling Braxton Hicks not sure if i should have taking a bath ...

The same thing happened with my 1st pregnancy. But warm water ALWAYS seemed to throw me into labor! Its never safe to wait is what my dr told me. I was actually perscribed meds to stop my , labor because evn a bairley heated pool set mime off. Amd they only got worse. Now, with this pregnancy i cant take steamy shpwers without having braxton hicks!

Warm baths are usually safe as long as temperatures aren't over 100 degrees. Brax and hick contractions are normal but if they get painful or last longer than 2-3 hours call your doctor or if you start bleeding. However, if you are really worried you can always call your doctor/OB or labor and delivery.  Good luck and congratulations
