Most doctors won't induce with a vbac. It increases the chance of rupture alot. even if they are willing to I sure wouldnt allow it. It makes contractions alot stronger hence the incision more likely to open. I'd think long and hard if your going to be induced and try vbac . My doctors told most will not take that risk as it's to high. I wouldn't.
And ending up with a c section has nothing to do with being Induced. It's just a coincidence that it happens.
I was induced dialated to 9cm an stopped with my first pregnancy and ended up with a csection an since that happened my dr told me the only way i was having a vbac was if i went into labor on my own which i didn cuz she wasnt going to induce me cuz what happened the first time so i had a second csection an currently pregnant with my third and i will have a second scheduled csection cuz i more then likely wnt go into labor on my own.
My first pregnancy was a c-section do to some complications And my second i was induced at 37weeks due to preeclampsia and have had 2 successful Vbacs since then and plan on a vbac with #5
I was induced oct 29th no c section...was only in labor for 7 hours my baby girl is very healthy weighs 6lbs 11 oz 19 inchs long she is beautiful and love her so much. First time mom
My doctor's office won't induce after you've had a c section. Either go into labor on your own or another c section is in store.
