Induction taking 24 hrs???

My doctor told me that most women take 24+ hours from induction to birth. Seems like everyone I know gets induced at 6 or 8am then has their baby in their arms that day.

Anyone get induced and have their baby the next day?

I was induced with my last child and had her 3-4 hours later. Everyone has a different experience :)

Yes. I was at 9pm and did not have my girl till 5pm thr next day.

I was induced around 5pm and had him at 4:35pm the next day.

I was induced and it took about 17 hours.

I was induced with my first at 8.30 am and delivered at 10.43am the following day

I was induced at 6 pm and my son was born the following morning at 8:16 am. Only just over 13 hrs in labor.

Because my 2nd took do long, he did end up being born on "Star Wars day" (May the 4th).

I was induced at noon and had my baby at 8:47 pm the next day. That was my 2nd.  My first, also induced preemie took 25 hours.  (Water broke 2 weeks prior and it posed more of an infection risk for him to stay in than to cone out- born at 34 weeks).

I was induce at 7pm with my daughter and didn't give birth to her till the following day at 5:24pm

It took be from 11 pm the night before to 3:30pm the next day to have my daughter after being induced.
