It really is 9 months just do 40wks x 7days =280 divide by 9 months and u get 31.1111 :) but can see how it gets confusing because your due date might be the 20th of a certain month but it will have u at 6 months in weeks like 2 weeks prior

Its like your age. You are say 20 years old but living your 21st year. So if I'm in my 8th month I'm 7 months and x weeks pregnant.
