Is it true?

Drinking raspberry tea help thin out your cervix and dilate?

ive used it with my last 3 pregnancy from 34 weeks all 3 were on time & 4 hour labours :-) im taking it this time also & im due on monday! Im hoping im gunna have the same result this time! Lol

I heard foot rub my friend had one and hour later she was in labor

Not regular raspberry tea it has to be the raspberry leaf tea...there is a difference. If you are drinking flavored raspberry tea its probly artificially flavored anyway. From what I read it helps to strengthen your uteris and helps to shorten labor. It shouldn't make you dilate early or go into labor though.

I thought it was to strengthen your uterus, and help with morning sickness....

No...it does not.  It suppose to gradually help you uterus contract better so when the time comes you should theoretically have an easier labor.

I hope not! I have gestational diabetes and I drink a lot of unsweetened raspberry tea.
