appetite

I'm 4 weeks or so pregnant and have had little to no appetite. Don't know if this is normal or do to nausea/morning sickness or something else

I was the same way- I actually lost pounds and only just started gaining at 29 weeks-

If you're nauseated ask for Zofran. I've had it all through (and Yep still need it here and there) but it was the only way I could keep food down in my first trimester. Nothing sounded good and half the time I wasn't hungry but I ate because I knew I had to. Try 5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones, that might help get your appetite back on track

I didnt get more hungry til my second trimester. I was nauseous during the first though and didnt gain any weight. They say u dont need any extra calories until later in your pregnancy.
