I'm ten weeks pregnant and ALL that sounds good is junk! I mean pizza, cookies, chick-fil-a...I'm trying to sneak in fruit daily at least, but how bad is that for the baby??? I LOVE healthy eating but nothing sounds good right now.
I was the same way and so concerned about baby getting all that junk. I spoke with a dietician at work who assured me that between prenatal vitamins and whatever we eat that baby will get the nutrients that he or she needs. Momma may gain more weight than she wants but baby will only take what baby needs :)
