question

27 weeks pregnant and I got the flu. I feel so horrible.. I can't breath through my nose and have a bad headache and it feels worst when I get mad. Do any of you ladies know any remedies or something I should do to get better ? I have a little sister and brother that live with me and are sick as well and sleep in my room..

Dont take a "hot bath" but a warm bath for a few minutes shouldnt hurt. Thats what the nurses told me. But DONT take a hot one.

Chicken broth/chicken noodle soup n some alieve or tylenol will help :) try boiling some water on a stove for your nose. This always helps me :)

Hot baths with plenty of steam or a shower will help alot to clear your sinuses. When I had a bad cold I got a jug and heated lemonade up for a minute in the microwave then stirred in a spoon of honey. An old remedy but helped. Keep drinking plenty of fluids and eat even if its little and often. Hope you feel better soon x

All of u need to get plenty of fluids! And don't share pillows are covers... Because of germs and ur body is trying to sweet that cold out. And try to wash ur pillows everyday ... U dont want to keep laying ur head in germs.. But if u can't do that get something clean and place over ur pillow before laying down... Wash hands ... And I know u may not feel hungry but try to eat something!
