Lazy Mommy/Wife :(

Greetings fellow mommies! I'm currently 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant and I can't seem to shake this lazy spell I'm stuck in. My husband is understanding and picks up the slack when I can't (or rather don't) but I feel beyond horrible! On top of the laziness is my constant fluctuation of hormones. I cry, I'm upset, and sometimes mean. I apologize but I don't know what to do to make this easier on him and on our 4 yr old son (who's coming back from spending the summer with family) any suggestions?

Uhg!  I am 13w 5d with 3 kids and I am the same way!!  I am starting to feel a little better but am good for one or two tasks before having to rest.  I just keep telling my family, a few more weeks n mama should have more energy.  They understand so it helps me relax.  My house is a wreck tho!!  As much as they help out, when mom is out of commission,  the household is affected.   I feel bad for the terminally ill : (

I was so lazy in my first trimester!  I was tired all the time and didn't feel like doing anything.  My husband works overnight shifts and he lost almost 20 lbs because I didn't pack his lunches! Needless to say I started to feel better and have been nesting like crazy.

I feel the same way. I'm 15 weeks and it's a struggle. I'm a full-time student and it took everything in me to make it through my summer semester so I could be done this fall and graduate in December. Luckily I have a 13 & 10 yr old to help around the house.

It's nothing you can really do about it lol. I been that way my whole pregnancy with my hubby and 4yr old (38wks now). I just make up for my crankiness when I can. I take my four year old out, or buy her toys. Hubby I run his bath water, or cook him a nice meal. Hormones are just something we can't control.
