I was running before the car wreck.
No, the light headedness caused the car wreck. I meant to say in my previous post thank goodness no one was hurt.
You may also need iron supplements in addition to your prenatal vitamins. I was feeling the same way and I regularly work out too but it turns out I just needed more iron. My midwife put me on 325mg to start and said if that didn't help after a week in could take two but one in the am and one at night. Hope that helps!! Feel better!
Try something w protein, that's helps balance out your blood sugar. Orange juice or apple juice is good too.
TeamHarmonMom, I can't tell what you're saying.
You've had a car wreck due to being light headed, and now you're trying to run? I don't think running is great if you've already had a car wreck from light-headedness, and I'm not sure where the "thank goodness" comes in to play.
If you're not eating enough, certainly that would be something to pursue.
This is my 3rd pregnancy, I never had it with my other two but this time I have been light headed and head feels fuzzy. Hopefully this is normal, good luck!
