Looking for No Cost Classes
Hi Everyone!
I am 13 weeks pregnant and wanted to know if there are any classes I can take with my husband that don't cost an arm and a leg. We live in the Phoenix area and this will be our first baby so we would like to learn and do everything right.

Our Dr.'s office offers a 5 class program for free....also Babies R Us offers free classes every Thursday evening!!!

Check with your health insurance. The nurses should recommend classes that are covered by insurance.
U can check out on internet with nearby hospitals.. i live in nj area and I did figure out nearby hospital which provides free classes..so u might find it too.. good luck
