Lower back and right leg pain

I am 17 weeks today and my lower back has been killing me all day along with pain in my upper thigh of my right leg. I've had back aches off and on but not in awhile and nothing like this. Also lower pelvic pressure like my little bean is laying on my bladder. Is all this a normal thing to happen around 17 weeks?

Don't lift anything heavy or move much. It's a pinched nerve. Can hurt like a biyotch. My doctor have my muscle relaxer and pain killers. Some doctors might not want to give that and just tell you too relax for a few days and I mean not move at all except going to the bathroom and absolutely necessary things. I don't think it's dangerous tho.

Is it dangerous or harmful to me and my baby?? My next appointment isn't until the first week of June. What can the doctor do for me?
