back labor?

Any mamas out there experience back labor before? I'm a ftm and have a feeling I'm experiencing the symptoms. Waiting for the pain spasms to get closer together and last longer before I sprint off to the doctor, for fear of it just being back pain but it's been in regular intervals. My due date is tomorrow! I just don't want to be that paranoid mom running to the hospital every time I feel a little something. I want it to be the real deal when I go. What have you all experienced?

I had just back labor with my second. My husband had to tell me I was in labor. I thought it was just back pain. By the time we made it to the hospital I was 10 cm dilated and he was born about an hour after getting to the hospital

Just an update, I went to labor and delivery in the middle of the night last night. I am indeed in labor but it's too early in. They sent me home to wait it out but it's almost time! Thanks for all the advice!

I had horrible lower back pain with my son, but I chose not to do any medication o pain releif. I wanted all natural. It hurt but was worth it. It helped to squat, be on all fours on the bed but most of all in the jacuzzi with the warm water and jets. My husband also held my back and helped me float a lil and that felt amazing.

I just got release from the hospital today, I woke up Friday with sever back pain, thought maybe I slept wrong. Taught all day and my back still hurt. Decided if it hurt in the morning I'd go in. Sure enough I was having contractions 2-3 minutes apart. I'm only 34 weeks so we had to stop them.  Don't feel like your being silly trust your instincts and go in that is what they are there for

I did with my first one. My labor was completely in my back when I delivered. I had an Epidural and it did nothing since it was all in my back and not where the epidural actually worked. It very well could be labor so keep an eye on it...
