Pinterest and my crockpot are my best friends lol! Im not as far along as you but with the hours I work and my crazy schedule I usually try to take my 1 day off on the weekend and plan and cook (or atleast prep) 3 meals for the week for my husband and I so if need be we can eat on leftovers all week and they are healthy home cooked meals!
