PLEASE HELP ME (MEDICAID EMERGENCY)

I applied for medicaid on April 24th, I was instructed by the county where I got the temporary medicaid, that I had to do the application online as well. I recieved the gold card about three weeks later, but I never received any other letter than they recieved the application. I have been going to my appointments fine and had one ultrasound. I had my anatomy appointment on July 9, the imaging facility called me and said my name was non existent for medicaid when they ran it through. I also got an email on July 7th stating that dcf recieved the same application dated April 24th, inwhich thats where I can see the duplication occurred. I called dcf and they told me that the application was duplicated, deleted, and never worked(processed) some how. That was an error on their end and all the representative told me is to go to one of the access field office and do a new application in which I did on July 8th. I am planning to call them back on monday but I need advice on what to say and if my case can be expedited especially since I already have the gold card. I just need them to activate my status. Please give me some helpful advice ladies. Thank you in advance and sorry for it being so long.

They can retro active the insurance so u don't have to pay for anything so don't worry. Id just call an explain that u want to straighten everything out and don't get off the phone til you do. Make sure you get first and last names of all the people you talk to so u can document everything on your end.

Because your pregnant they should give you temporary insurance. Especially, since its their fault. Have you tried calling the main dfc office in your area?
