The only things that worked for me are a little caffeine and daily magnesium- the mag really helps and I take one when a headache comes on. It's fantastic.

Get an ice pack or frozen veggies and put it on your neck. And place your hands and feet in to warm water and let your head rest hanging in between your legs works so good

I suffer from migraine and found during pregnancy an extra cup of caffeine helps, and staying hydrated to the point I'm pretty sure any more and I'd need to live in the bathroom.
Also there are other pregnancy safe migraine meds my OB has me on Fiorecit and it works great. Talk to your OB about trying different medications till you find a one that helps

Not to worry you but let your doctor know you're getting migraines. Can be a sign of pre eclampsia.

Spoken to my gyno & he isn't too conceded. Highly doubtful it's pre-eclampsia. Thanks anyway.
