Normal for breasts to feel more full w a 2nd pregnancy?

I'm 24 wks with my 2nd baby. During my 1st pregnancy, my breasts got a little larger, but they didn't feel tingly or tight. After having breastfed  my son for about 10 months, I can say it feels as though I'm about to have a milk let down. I'm up to about a DD and only got up to a C with my first baby. It's felt like this for a while now, so I'm just wondering if this is "normal" for a second round, since it didn't happen with my first?

I'm 39.4 weeks pregnant with#2. I nursed our first for about a year, and I totally get where you're coming from. Sometimes, it feels as though my breasts are really full and I need to nurse, even though I know they aren't and I can't express anything other than a little colostrum. And my nipples tingle all the time like I'm about to have a letdown. It's so weird. With my first pregnancy, I went from a B to C cup. Now, I'm halfway between a D and DD.
