Warm water with lemon , honey was bonus but helped me more than ginger n ginger candies did( those used to work but only at beginning)
My first 3 months were all vomit haha ginger ale was helpful ! Also having something I liked to snack on constantly like oatmeal cookies... I'm 31 weeks now and heartburn is setting in, ginger ale is helping with this too
I have to take 2 different nausea meds because mine got so bad. Currently I am 13 weeks today and still have to take it
If it gets really bad doctor can prescribed an anti nausea medicine. I jave had to take it since week 6. I still need it and I am at week 17. But it really helps
Sounds strange, but a dab of peppermint oil behind my ears helped clear up my nausea.
Ginger..... Life saver.....
Sour patch kids, salt and vineagar chips, and sucking on ginger candies all helped me. :)
Sour sweets and ice/ice poles :)
Sucking on polo mints helped mine
I found nibbling on rich tea biscuits was the only thing that worked for me, they are dry and sweet enough to keep you going! when the sickness kicked in for me it was really bad and I have a toddler to look after so my doctors gave me some tablets to prevent the sickness to stop me ending up in hospital! Good luck and it does pass, I'm 19 weeks now and have been human again from 15 weeks!
