Almost all kids get constipated with dairy. Its completely normal especially for kids her age. Whole milk is important until age 2 because they need the fat. I would switch to soy or almond milk without talking to her pediatrician first. As for raw milk, that's not a good idea (unless.advised by your Dr), you actually can't legally buy or sell raw milk in most states. Ask your Dr about adding mirilax to help with the constipation. She does need to drink water though, if she doesn't like the prune juice try grape or pear those also work well.
Thank You So Much!!
Im Deffinatly Going To Try the Soy Milk!!.
And Ill Ask Her Doc. About The Karo Syrup If Its Okay For her Before i Give It To her!!.
If I Stop Giving her Milk what Are Other Good Drinks she Can Take Without Getting Constipated???. And Give her More Protine and Fiber??..
I Just Want My Little girl to Get over All This Bad Horrible Constipation i Hate Seeing her In so Much Pain!!!
My doctor said whole milk with both my kids you can also try prunes baby food, cheerios has fiber and it helped with mine the best thing ive given mine and my first child use to get so constipated that she would bleed when she did go i felt bad but this little old lady at my church said to put about a tablespoon for every 4oz. Of karo syrup in her milk i was shocked with the results it worked so well
I had the same problem withy daughter I gave her soy milk vanilla kind hope she gets better
My son is 14 months old n his pediatrician told me to give him whole milk once a day cuz i was giving it to him twice a day so now hes a little anemic so i even give him apple juice n that seems to b working for him cuz after he drinks it his poop is liquid
Mix prune and apple juice. Also talk to your doctor, if milk is hirting her that much I'd stop giving it to her. There are other ways to get those vitamins that will be more comfortable for her to digest.
Thank You Mommies It Means so Much For Your Advice!!!
Just Need Another Little Help!!
So I Went To Go Buy Some SoyMilk Witch I Didnt Find The Almond kind... I Was Going ToGet The SilkSoy Milk ( Vanilla)

Witch One Is the Right One!!!!????
Poor baby...I hate that for her and I unfortunately know what its like :-( . My 14 month old has a protein & lactose allergy that caused her to break out in severe hives everywhere and some extreme constipation, but, luckily after much trial and error via the pediatricians advice, we ultimately ended up giving her the original silk soy milk and she's had absolutely no issues at all with this milk. Hubby and I literally didn't get her fully transitioned from formula until she was 13.5 months because she had a bad reaction to everything except the soy silk original. I definitely think you should give it a try. I hope baby gets some relief ASAP. ..best wishes.
She probably has a dairy intolerance. I would try almond milk if your doc okays it.
My 3 yet old get super constipated with regular milk too. I give her almond milk and she loves it and She's regular now.my son and husband are also lactose intolerant and I give them almond milk as well. You may want to see if your daughter is lactose intolerant. It could answer some questions you may have.
Sounds like a lactose issue. I'd call her Dr and ask. She may need to be on a lactose free diet
You could try soy milk or almond milk. All my kids like them just as much as regular milk.
So this is a bit edgy but if you can try raw milk it may be worth it. I hear many of the hangups people have with milk are gone if you go raw, like those who are lactose intolerant. Risks are worth looking into first, and it can be spendy, but I switched to raw and really like it. My son as well :)
