Mucus plug at 12 weeks?

I went to the bathroom earlier and when I wiped there was a discharge that looked like mucus. I've read a little about mucus plugs on here, but before that never heard of it. I googled pictures of mucus plugs and there were a couple on there that looks like what I found. It wasn't bloody, it was yellow and was about the length of a quarter.

Does this mean I'm going to miscarry? I haven't called the Dr yet, or should I go to the ER?

I'd say ur ok I've gotten a lot of discharge this pregnancy and I'm 36.5 wks now but I seen my mucus plug with my last and it was big and had lots of blood streaks! But so I'm just waiting for one that looks like that! But yellowish booger looking is just Normal discharge but make sure with ur doc!

I would go just to check and see if everything is ok.
