So I've been trying to get my son and step daughter into a second language .. me and my hubby are learning Italian my hubby knows cuban but  since we are both italian I thought that would be cool to learn and we figured the kids would learn as well so if the decide to go to college they have that under their belt  well my son wants to also learn sign language as well which I think is great ... Is any other mama planing too teach a second language

My oldest daughter is partially deaf and hates hearing aids so all my children are learning sign language. My oldest reads lips most of the time so she is not wanting to learn...lol.. but she will eventually...

I will be teaching my little one sign language starting from day one. No reason other than it makes it so much easier to communicate and if it's something they like and want to stick with there is a good background

See I'm italian and don't know a lick of the language lol.. but most of my dad's side up north speak it.. my dad was never taught it so he never reached me and my sister BUT we are gonna by that raseta stone thing and see how it is ...

I would love to teach my boys Spanish bcuz im part Mexican but unfortunately i hardly know the language i know some sigh language so i might teach them that.
