I was also against taking medications for nausea and I tried the ginger gum but became worried after reading several reports against some of the ingredients. The only thing I did that worked wonderfully while in the worst part of it when it became all day sickness was the acupuncture sea bands motion sickness bands that you put on your wrists. Follow the directions specifically on how to wear these! My dr swore by these during both her own pregnancies I wore them 24 hours a day 7 days a week unless I was showering! Its just another option for you!

I was told by my dr to eat through the nausea because having nausea and also being starving with hunger pains or low blood sugar is going to intensify the nausea more! Im now 19 weeks and still have a little morning sickness at times but my first 12 weeks I lost 15 pounds, because of morning sickness there were days when I would force myself to eat toast or a few saltine crackers which helped with the hunger side. Also what helped me was the fire balls candy the really hot small looking jaw breaker balls the extra salivation helped and the cinnamon spicy candy helped too. Others say stuff such as sour patch kids help ease their stomach, while for others they put crackers at their bedside to eat first thing when they wake up to eat 10 to 15 min before they get up. I've also found that now yogurt and potato chips ( both bland stuff) help with my occasional morning sickness ( and cravings now) I hope some of these ideas help! Its more about finding what works for you!!

I'm at 10 weeks and I've been sick all day, everyday for these twins. Some days I can't get it to go away, some other days I can. I find that if I eat snacks all day, like every hour, and don't let my stomach get empty, then I feel better. I carry around oldwalla bars everywhere I go. Good luck!

Try eating smaller meals throughout the day and don't let yourself get hungry. Also I've found if I eat something high in protein (granola bar or peanutbutter crackers) the second I wake up it takes away the nausea. I'm 10weeks along and this is my 3rd. I have battled sickness with the other two pregnancies and this method is working amazingly this time! I hope it helps! Best of luck!
