My baby is here!!!!

Baby Silas was born on May 31st at 4:06 pm.. I am so proud of myself, absolutely zero meds.. It only took 5 minutes, 3 pushes and my baby boy was here.. Thank you so much to all you ladies for your support.. I hope the best for you and your little ones..

I didn't take any classes, this is my 3rd child, so I just passed on them. Although I wish I took a breast feeding class. I didn't really exercise much, just the normal cleaning around the house and up and down the stairs Lol I know, bad me.. On delivery day I started having tightness around 430am. So I started cleaning and getting things ready Lol Contractions started getting closer, so we went to the hospital at 930am and I was 3cm dilated. I never went into L&D thinking I was going to do it naturally. I just wanted to go with the flow.. What helped get me through labor was steady  breathing, being reassured I can do it and skin to skin. I had to hold hands or rub my husbands neck. Kinda weird, but it helped :)

Congrats!!! WOW 5mins and 3 pushes that's AMAZING!!! What is your secret? Loll I want to have a Med-free birth but as I get closer to my due date I am more and more terrified!! Did you take any classes? I am currently 33weeks
