My little diamond
So my little diamond Maya is one week old today and she's just perfect. I'm still getting over the fact she was born so quickly on my bathroom floor delivered by daddy but a truly special moment that we will treasure forever and if anything it's made us even closer..
She was born in her amniotic sack which on speaking to my midwife it's considered to be very lucky it's known as the "caul" my partner broke it as he pulled her up to him. So we feel even more blessed.
I'm feeding her myself which is going extremely well and she's so content.
Ladies a little tip invest in some epsoms salts to soak in after birth. It helps aches pains and heals. It's brilliant and relaxing to.
