My daughter's belly also measured 2 weeks larger and she was in fact large. She was 9.4 pounds. Had taken the diabetes glucose test twice with her and never a diabetic. This baby's belly is measuring 3 weeks larger and also no gestational diabetes. Just big healthy babies. :)

Usually when a unborn baby starts to measure large its due to gestational diabetes. My 1st pregnancy my babies belly was measuring at 36wks when i was barely 31wks but the head was small and everything seemed to be in preportion of the head except belly. Its definitely something they should keep a eye on and possibly check for diabetes again as it can just show up. Goodluck

My first baby which is going to be 1 on the 30th,  measured 3 weeks larger also the whole pregnancy.  They even told me that he was to big and I might have to have a C-section.  Finally 2 weeks before my due date they sent me to yet another ultrasound they said he was ok. I was still I little scared because I didn't know exactly how jig he was, but when he was born he weighed 7 pounds 7 ounces . I had no issues or rips. So don't stress just go through the process and everything will work out as it should.  Good luck!!!!

Yep, if there's nothing else to be concerned about then baby is just a lil biggun.  Mine measured a week bigger everywhere except his tummy he was 2 wks bigger.  He was unremarkable, which is a good thing! :)
