Not a good trimester.

i'm 12 weeks along and it's been a month that I don't have any appetite at all.  But lately, I can't keep anything down.  I'll throw it back up once it hit my belly.  Should I be more concern?  I feel so exhausted and really tired.

I'm 15 wks and I've been doing that my entire pregnancy. My doctor told me to try smaller meals, even if it's a few crackers or toast. She also said that some people have harder pregnancies then others. My baby is healthy , so that's all that matters to me! :)

If you are not keeping anything at all down you might need to talk to your doctor about getting something to help. It is not uncommon but can be worrisome since you don't have enough time to absorb the nutrients.
