Lemon!! Add lemon to tea or hot water. Was a life saver for me.

Depends on the severity of your nausea. There are meds if you feel you need them. Stay away from fired foods. Any food aversions you have, listen to your body. Peppermint ice cream can be good. Lots of crackers. You might try some Gatorade. You might also try soups. My husband makes me lots of fruit smoothies when I am at that super sick stage.
