Neck problems

I'm 35 weeks and for the past 3 or 4 days I couldn't turn my head because my neck hurts so darn bad. Tilting it side to side or twisting it, or pretty much just moving it in general hurts. I've tried massaging it, Tylenol and just resting but it doesn't seem to help any. Any ideas on how to get the pain stop?  I'm afraid to drive at this point because I can't turn to look.

Try something.  Sitting normal, rock your shoulders forward, then up and back, into the "perfect posture" position. Keep them back. Now try turning ur head. If that works then its your pecs pulling you forwards causing the pain.  I have a pinched nerve/tight muscles for over 10 years now.  When I get far enough along, the weight of baby pulls ur posture forward and tightens those muscles.  Keep the pecs back and it helps.  Chiropractor or physical therapist.  You should consider chiro this late anyway to keep your pelvis in line as your relaxin kicks in! :)

You can see a chiropractor but be sure they have experience with pregnant women. Or any massage therapist. Check that they have experience. Good luck. Hope you feel better.
