Try something. Sitting normal, rock your shoulders forward, then up and back, into the "perfect posture" position. Keep them back. Now try turning ur head. If that works then its your pecs pulling you forwards causing the pain. I have a pinched nerve/tight muscles for over 10 years now. When I get far enough along, the weight of baby pulls ur posture forward and tightens those muscles. Keep the pecs back and it helps. Chiropractor or physical therapist. You should consider chiro this late anyway to keep your pelvis in line as your relaxin kicks in! :)
