Newborn gum health

How am I supposed to clean my baby mouth? He's a week old and has only been bath twice (one by me the first at hospital) but I don't know how to clean his mouth. I only breastfeed him.

I do the wash cloth and warm water too. Also i know its probably a cultural thing (i wasnt born in the US) but i bathe my baby everyday, like in the water, not just a wet wash cloth. They're so much calmer after bath, and smells soo good :)

The nurse told me when my oldest son was in the hospital is to wet a washcloth ring it out good n gently rub his gums with it n the inside of his cheeks n u can do it every time he takes a bath. Then when hes 3 months old u can get a special toothbrush n gum cleanser. I've been cleaning my kid's mouth since they were born!

There are kits you can buy in the tooth brush isle I forget the brand name. Everynight when I would give my daughter her bath I would give her a little massage & clean her gums. It helped soothe her at night
