Nights...

I hate my nights. I can never sleep. I haven't slept in our bed in like 2 months because of this sciatic pain. My hunny sleeps without me every night and starting to think its causing an issue. I guess being separated every night isn't a Good way to strenthen relationship before baby gets here. Ugh... I'll be glad when my angel makes an entrance. We have enough issues without us being separated every night: -(

I know it sounds uncomfortable, but have you tried sleeping in the bed sitting up? That helped me when the pain was becoming an issue. I just stack a fort of pillows around me lol

Prop yourself as if you're In the recliner with pillows in bed. Or use a pregnancy pillow. Try taking some benadryl to help you relax and get some rest. The sciatic pain is terrible I had it for the first 4 months. I was referred to see a chiropractor and meet with physical therapy.  It helped a lot. Use an exercise ball, sit on it and move around in it. It will help,  swimming helps as well. Hopefully this info helps you as it helped me.
