Nipple simulation...
So I'm almost 4cm and have been having contractions according to my doctor. She told me to go home and do nipple simulation to get everything moving faster. So my question is did this work for anyone or is it like people telling me to eat spicy foods? If it did work for you were the contractions a little more painful or no?

Your doctor is right my doctor told me to be very careful around the nipples because playing with them can help induce labour . That as well as rubbing your tummy. Haven't proven it as yet but both doctors cannot be wrong !! :) so hope you have a quick labor! !
