Cramps at 16 weeks normal?

I'm currently at about 16 weeks along with my first child and had some short but very intense cramps is that normal?

Yes cramping is very normal throughout pregnancy. . It's ur uterus stretching and making room for the baby

I had cramping on and off my whole first trimester. Once I got into my second it started to become less frequent.
