Bleeding

I'm 7weeks and noticed some vaginal bleeding today. Small amount when I wipe, and I have slight cramping.  I do have cramping that comes and goes which is accompanied by spotting at times.  Is this something I should be worrying about?

I had some spotting around 7 weeks and cramping too.  It was very small spots just on the tissue.  I was so scared.  I am now 29 weeks.  Hang in there, scant bleeding in the beginning can be normal.   I nearly drove myself crazy with worry.  Congrats.

This can be normal. Is the blood bright red? If so it can be the start if a miscarriage thats how I started. I had a miscarriage a month ago. Make sure u rest abd if bleeding gets worse contact ur doctor.

I wouldn't worry, just rest and if you have heavy bleeding and cramps go to the er.
