The big things are anything unpasteurized, oceanic fish, and any raw meat :)
My Dr said no pepperoni unless cooked on a pizza or something else.
liver, raw fish, like sushi.. i've never heard anything about takeaway, deli food :/ i ate a lot of takeaways during my first pregnancy.. a lot of spicy food.. and they should give you a leaflet in the doctors,what foods are a no-no
