We went to our family doctor when I was sick.
I would call your OB first and tell him whats going on and then ask if you should go there or to your family dr.
I'm not seeing an ob at all my family doctor is taking care off all my prenatal appointments, they are completely capable of dealing with pregnancy also.

My sister is 25yrs old. Her water broke 5 days ago. She is hospitalized. She is on IV and antibiotics. Today she had experienced lil'bleeding . Her CRP is 4.54, with no other difficulties. What is the ideal decision for her. To get c section right way or wait? If wait how long she can be safe and also the child will be ok? Any specific symptoms she should see before making a final decision of C section? Please reply ASAP, if anybody have any experience about it, mostly expecting an answer from a Gynecologist.
Forgot to put that, my sister is pregnant for 27 weeks and 2days.

You should post that as a question of your own. I've known when to last week's and weeks with broken water as long as they remain hospitalized. However, I'm not sure of the danger signs to look out for. You can pose this question to her medical team of doctors.
I went to family Dr and they differed to ob Dr just eliminate all the unknown and go to ob Dr first! Ob Dr knows more what you can take for the baby and will really try to make you feel better. Family Dr just puts a bandaid on a gushing wound so to speak.
