Congrats!! It is nothing to worry about you just got lucky!! I had TERRIBLE gut wrenching  morning sickness with my first 2 pregnancies but this is my third and I havent thrown up even once! Now I am nearing my 2nd Trimester (I think.. long story) and I have only been slightly nauseous maybe 3 times in the evening but no throwing up like the first two times! I dont think its any reason to be concerned but I know I am loving it!!!

Count yourself very very fortunate. I'm 7 weeks have been vomiting nonstop since last week went to the hospital because I couldn't take it anymore and then I got a ugly headache from vomiting. I can't move without vomiting it *****

It's normal. Consider yourself very lucky if you don't have morning sickness. It's no fun.

Totally normal. I don't have morning sickness either, but during previous pregnancy and now I get nauseous when I brush my teeth. Last time I threw up almost every time now it has happened twice. I am going on 12 weeks tomorrow. Also during this pregnancy I get nauseous after a short nap but not after night's sleep, no vomiting just uncomfortable nauseous feeling.
