Yes I agree I have to take s bath every single night right before bed and honestly I sleep with three pillows in between my legs the further apart my legs are the less the pressure bothers me..gl
A nice hot bath will help ease the pain. Plus if you have a hot water bottle or a wheat bag that you pop in the microwave for a couple of minutes put that on the areas where its painful when you're sat or laid down and this will also help.x
