I'm desperate for advice.
My baby's father treated me like dirt while I was pregnant. I found out at 6 months that he had another woman when she called and threatened me and my baby. Long story short, known he wants to take my baby around her. I'm scared that she might hurt my daughter. The baby is only 1 month. Is there anything I can do to prevent this untill can talk. This way I'll now if they hurt her. Is there anything I can do legally? Please HELP me!!!!!!
Dont let her be around her there is no need for her to be involved with your baby your the mother your decision...and if he dosen agree tough crap make him do supervised visits see a Lawyer I no that it is up to you who your baby be's around would not be putting up with crazy ppl around my child hope you get things sorted good luck
Do you have any texts of what she said? If so you can get a protection order against her toward your daughter. I would also apply for custody and that will help as well. Unfortunately custody and protection order will also effect him seeing her as well but if you fear for het safety i would do it. Good luck momma
