Cenovis has created something called Vita Chewies Night Calm...for children 3-12 years. Chewable chocolate tasting tablets that help kids wind down before bed.
it works on my two psychos!!! Its awesome. 4 nights in and the older one has slept through the night 3 times and the 3 year old everytime. She was getting up at 3 every morning and crawling into bed with me for weeks!
