This is my first baby and I was wondering if you guys ever bought a pack n play for a bed and a play area? My husband and I are thinking of getting that to also save us money sense we are going to move before our baby is born

I kept my baby in a pack in play in our bedroom when we first brought her home. It's a good alternative to alternative crib or bassinet. Hope this helps :)

Yes you can I suggest you buy a pack n play mattress for when baby sleeps.

Thanks very helpful our baby won't be in it its whole life but its just for until we settle down in one place

They say its a great option and we were going to before we got a generous gift of a gorgeous crib. Now we're still using the pack n play in our room for the first few months.... If you get a good one just make sure you watch the age/weight limits for its use as a bed. You can always get a crib down the road when you're settled in. :)

And you can also by a matteress for it. Yhey have special ones for pack n plays.

They are a good alternative to a crib. I always had one for travel purposes, but I have known many people who use them as their main baby bed. We use them at our daycare for baby beds as well. If it's more convenient for you go for it.
