Make sure you are drinking plenty of water a day eating frequently. Those 2 things can make a major difference! But the only thing you can take is Tylenol unfortunately but the headaches can also be caused from just an increased of hormones.

So I know this is tmi-- but I'm 12 weeks and I've realized over the past week that my headaches seem to be constipation related. I looked it up and it's very common- every time my constipation, is relived, my headaches go away. If nothing else works, try this :)

I had horrible headaches too.. Not so bad now (I'm in week 18) but it got to the stage of seeking out a pharmacist for advice and resorting to taking paracetamol for a couple of days. I barely take pills at the best of times and endeavour never to when pregnant but sometimes needs must. Summary - drink as much as you can and take paracetamol (which I was advised is the only safe painkiller available) when you really have to. All the best!

I had horrible horrible headaches for weeks straight.  I tried everything and nothing worked. They started to die off around week 15. I hope it gets better for you!
