Post nasal drip, soar throat
For a week now I've had an extremly soar throat from post nasal drip. I'm in pain 24/7.
I've been eating cough drops like a xian smoker who just quit bees gum. Drinking tons of water and caffen free tea with honey. Nothing seems to help. I wake up throughout the night. And even eat the cough drops at night.
I need relef from this pain.

My dr told me I could take Benadryl
You can use saline nasal drops it will clean ur nose and relieve some of the PND. However,if this doesnt help much u may need a prescription nasal spray thats safe for pregnant women.
Are you sure your throat is soar from post nasal drip? I get acid reflux at night so bad I have lost my voice entirely for six weeks. I thought I had a weird cold and kept hoping it would go away. Finally went to the dr. And he said acid reflux. I was blown away. He gave me a perscription and eventually my throat healed from the burn. Now that im pregnant im not taking the perscription and my voice is back to scratchy and a little soar...
