If the baby's head already in the canal about how much longer
Sorry the "29" is supposed to say 20 lol
No way of knowing really lol. Mine was head down at 29 weeks and is head down now at 27. My sons were head down early to. They were head down and fully engaged in the pelvis low at 34 weeks and I had them at 39 weeks. Both seperate pregnancies lol
