I'm 30 weeks and feel the same way. But this is just a faze...once the baby arrive we'll forget all about the process. Try staying encouraged you have a short time to go before your new edition arrives :-)

Feeling down at 31 weeks is normal.  Our hormones are all over the place in the late stages of pregnancy especially. But things will get better. I've felt pretty down sometimes during this pregnancy...but it helps to remind myself of all the amazing things in my life. I have a home that I can afford...an amazing 2 year old daughter and my husband is just an amazing man. Our folks are close by and I have a beautiful, healthy little girl growing inside me. God is good. Everything will be OK.

Feeling down is usual but feeling depressed isn't so usual. Talk with your doctor or midwife and explain to them how your feeling as they may want to check bloods as it may be a deficiency of something. I hope you feel better soon x
